Job description

We are looking for a Sales representative who enjoys the process of connecting with people and finding the right solutions for their business challenges.
This role is about building a bridge between a company’s needs and our agency’s expertise. You won’t just be "selling services"—you will be acting as a consultant who identifies where a business is lagging and showing them how Red Orbit can help them lead. You will manage the initial stages of the relationship, ensuring that every potential client feels heard and understood from the first meeting to the final agreement.
You will have the full support of our technical experts to help you build proposals, allowing you to focus on what you do best: communication and relationship-building.
What you will work on
Identifying and researching companies that would benefit from our expertise and initiating professional contact.
Proactively reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking events.
Reviewing incoming inquiries to understand their goals and determining how we can best support them.
Leading discovery sessions with potential clients to listen to their challenges and explain our methodology.
Proposal Development: Collaborating with our internal specialists to create tailored, clear, and professional proposals, audits, and sales presentations.
Guiding potential clients through the decision-making process at a steady, professional pace.
Finalizing agreements and ensuring a smooth, warm hand-over to our account management team.
This role focuses on new client acquisition, ensuring our agency continues to partner with the most exciting brands in the region.

Job requirements
2 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role (experience in agency or B2B environments is a plus).
Experience selling marketing or digital services is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills - you are a good listener and a clear communicator.
A proactive approach to reaching out to new people and maintaining a professional network.
Comfortable with outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking).
Capabilities of defining priorities, meeting deadlines and negotiation.
Experience using a CRM or a structured way of tracking your work and follow-ups.
Experience working with mid-size or enterprise companies.
Fluency in Slovenian and English.
Based in Slovenia and willing to meet clients in person.
Digital competencies and knowledge:
Google analytics and concepts of digital advertising and sales (CRO, CR, CTR, ROI, ROAS …)
Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms; knowledge of additional platforms is a bonus.
SEO – search engine optimization.
Variety of digital channels (e-mail, SEM, SEO, Social).
Digital multichannel and omnichannel.
Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
