Job description

We are looking for a Content & Email marketing specialist who is ready to dive into the intersection of creative storytelling, search visibility, and marketing technology.

This role is designed for a naturally curious, creative, result-driven, and eager to learn professional. If you already have a foundation in content or email tools, we will provide the advanced automation platforms and strategic responsibility to help you scale your skills quickly, manage more complex workflows, and lead your own projects.

You will work alongside our senior experts to create content ecosystems for well-known brands. This is a role where your initiative is directly rewarded: the more expertise you bring, the more autonomy you will have to shape communication strategies and see the direct impact of your work on brand growth and conversions.


What you will work on

  • Strategic content planning: Assisting and later participating in the development of content strategies that align with the buyer’s journey and business goals.

  • Search-optimized content: Generating and refining high-performing, SEO-friendly content and briefs that balance search engine requirements with a compelling user experience.

  • Email marketing & Automation: Supporting the setup and later leading the execution of newsletters and automated email workflows, mastering segmentation and personalization.

  • Data Intelligence & Reporting: Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign), and SEO tools to extract insights, track ROI, and prepare client reports.

  • A/B testing & Optimization: Helping with ad leading the optimization of subject lines, meta descriptions, CTAs or a whole workflows to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Cross-team Integration: Working with our SEO and performance teams to ensure content and email support a unified multichannel strategy.

Job requirements

  • Passion for digital: A strong interest in how content, email, and automation work together; willingness to learn how all digital pieces fit the marketing mix.

  • Relevant experience: 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or email marketing (agency experience is a strong plus).

  • Storytelling & SEO knowledge: Excellent writing skills with a basic understanding of SEO principles and how to write for search intent; ability to write and adapt your tone for different brands and platforms.

  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken Slovenian and English (additional languages, like Croatian, is an advantage).

  • Attention to detail: You have a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and the "technical" side of content (links, tags, formatting).

  • Analytical thinking: You enjoy using data to improve your creative work and find patterns in user behavior.

  • Self-starter attitude: Ability to define priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of a client’s communication performance.

  • Communication skills: Ability to work well in a team and to present creative ideas and results clearly.

  • Digital competencies and knowledge:

    • Understanding of email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, AciveCampaign.

    • Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google analytics.

    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

    • Understanding of other marketing activities that impact Email & SEO performance.

    • Basic understanding of common web technologies is a plus (HTML/CSS, JS Libraries, PHP, etc).

    • Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools.
