We are one of the leading performance marketing agencies in Slovenia, working with well-known brands and delivering measurable results across AI, SEO, performance advertising, analytics, and digital strategy.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us expand our client portfolio and build new partnerships in the Slovenian market.
This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision makers, and closing new business deals. You will manage the entire sales process – from identifying potential clients to signing contracts and handing over projects to our account management team.
You will work closely with our internal experts while having the autonomy to build your own sales pipeline and develop long-term partnerships with companies that want to grow through digital marketing.
What you will work on
Identifying and researching potential clients in the Slovenian market
Proactively reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking events
Managing inbound leads generated by marketing
Organizing and leading discovery meetings with potential clients
Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities for digital growth
Preparing and presenting proposals, audits, and sales presentations
Collaborating with our internal team to design tailored solutions for clients
Preparing pricing models, offers, and project proposals
Closing deals and signing new clients
Handing over signed projects to the account management team for execution
This role is focused exclusively on acquiring new clients, not managing existing accounts.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Experience selling marketing or digital services is a strong advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
Proactive, structured, and self-driven approach to sales
Comfortable with outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking)
Fluent in Slovenian and English
Based in Slovenia and willing to meet clients in person when needed
Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Digital competencies and knowledge:
Google analytics and concepts of digital advertising and sales (CRO, CR, CTR, ROI, ROAS …)
Google Ads and Facebook advertising platforms; knowledge of additional platforms is a bonus.
SEO – search engine optimization.
Variety of digital channels (e-mail, SEM, SEO, Social).
Digital multichannel and omnichannel.
Good understanding of business world.
Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools.
Capabilities of defining priorities, meeting deadlines and negotiation.
